Therapy is about further developing one’s internal resources and building capacity around the places in life that feel stuck, suffocating, frustrating, painful, mysterious, raw.

Therapy is a chance to work with the material of our lives so that we may feel more confident, comfortable, constructive, balanced, calm, or whole - more of the time.

I will support you by listening, asking questions, exploring varied interpretations, offering experiential practices, inviting you to experiment in your life as you see fit, and innovating flexible adjustments, with you, along the way.

I assume that health is the natural state of living things, that there are usually good reasons when we don’t feel ok, and that attention, presence, care, and compassion, offered to oneself, is a good starting place for wherever you want to get in life, even if it’s just to tomorrow.

Therapy is tailored to you. It is a process. Like you are. Like we all are - ever, unfolding.
